This resource has been a real blessing to our family. While our morning Bible time is meaty, this story bible is our dessert at night. Mrs. Vos has a way of making the Bible come to life as she weaves our Savior through the entire volume. It is truly a treat for our children (ages 3, 6, 8 and 10) as evidenced by the fact that they beg for "one more" chapter every night- even after I've already read 3 or 4.
I have looked through and passed by many devotional/ Bible story books because they include stories and examples that would not be profitable for our children. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this book delivers Bible truth without the modern/ "cool" anecdotes that serve more as a detriment than a help to our children's character.

Thank you so much for posting this, I have been looking for a long time. My daughter is 11 months now, and I just can not find wholesome books. I would love to animate God's Word through my intereptation, but that would take too long. I believe I will be purchasing this book. What translation does she use. KJV right? Thanks again.
