Winter Nature Explore

We're on the hunt for "wintery" things. Trees without leaves, bugs, the breeze.

Tucked away moss we'll check off our list. Working together so nothing we miss.

Look all around~ what do you spy? A cute little hummingbird is just stopping by.

Manifold Genius begins to unfold when we put on our coats and head out in the cold.

Now back in the house~ time to get cozy. Tales of adventure and sketches... it's so fun to mosey.

We used Amanda's Winter Nature Walk Worksheet at Hearts and Trees (look in the free downloads section on the right).

I had the girls collect samples from our explore and draw one thing they saw. Some were time consuming sketches, some were glued on designs, one even had misspellings, but all were beautiful masterpieces... just like them.

Love,
~Rebecca
