New.

New Year. New Plans. New Opportunities.

"Be joyful always; pray continually;
give thanks in all circumstances,
for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus."

~1 Thessalonians 5:16

There were new gifts- and some old. The girls love Thrift Store shopping and Sarah found a "new" doll for Hailey. Here it is all washed and ready to cuddle.

"Behold, how good and how pleasant it is
for brethren to dwell together..."

~Psalm 133:1

New Chances to love. To cherish. To enjoy. Oh why do they grow up so quickly?

“See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven."

~Matthew 18:10

New chances for girls to be girls a little while longer. Wearing their new dress up clothes. Oh, they played for days.

“A cheerful heart is good medicine"

~Proverbs 17:2

New chances to encourage.
"But encourage one another day after day, as long as it is still called 'Today,' so that none of you will be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin."

~Hebrews 3:13

May you be encouraged. And more importantly, may you be an encourager.

Many blessings,

Thank you Saminda! I know. I feel the same about your cuties. Happy New Year kindred spirit!

Thank you Lisa. It is so well done, isn't it? And Vision Forum had everything on sale for Christmas. This is one I bought for Tom, but we decided to show it to the older girls as well with just a little muting (teenage girl scene).

  5. Happy New Year Rebecca! May you have many blessings and joy this year.

As always, I am directed back to scripture and the simple joys in life when I come here. Now, I just need to hold on to these reminders.

    Lots of love,
    Sommer
